Most of our beneficiaries transferred from Nari Niketan or short stay home, or brought by the Delhi Police or by the Order of the Hon’ble district courts. Most of whom are slow learners and with low IQ, without educational qualifications and identity, hence is it a challenging task to rehabilitate such women.
A proposal was submitted to CEO, Mr. Ajay Jain – Guardian India who showed keen interest to go ahead on this unique project of teaching women to drive at Rahab. An e-rickshaw was donated by GUARDIAN INDIA LTD., the benefits of being pollution free, low maintenance and easy to drive and above all would bring confidence and enhance self –esteem in these women.

They have been trained and to further build their confidence they are in process of driving in the vicinity of Qutab Vihar phase One, and Rahab is in the process of making their Driving Licence.
